At a frequency of 1 kHz, the primary constants of a transmission line are resistance R = 25 /loop km, inductance L = 5 mH/loop km, capacitance C = 0.04 ยตF/km and conductance G = 80 ยตS/km. Determine for the line the characteristic impedance, the propagation coefficient, the attenuation coefficient and the phase-shift coefficient

The characteristic impedance of the line is equal to 390.157 ฮฉ, the attenuation coefficient is equal to 0.04949, the phase-shift coefficient is equal to 0.08885
