in number 17. isn’t it when the emitter junction is forward biased in NPN transistor and the collector junction is in reversed biased, the transistor should operate in the active region, so i guess the answer in number 17 is C.

I read in chemistry book when i was young. It show that when the 4 hydrogen in the sun combined to form a lightest atom called Helium.
